We hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday weekend some. This is the buzz around town for today.

It’s the last day at Texas Renaissance Festival. If you haven’t been there yet, you should give it a try. Walgreens has discounted tickets. Also don’t forget about Christmas lights at Santa’s Wonderland- A Texas Christmas Experience and at Christmas in the Park at Central Park.

Congratulations to Bryan/College Station Girls Pint Out. They are celebrating their One Year Anniversary Bash from 2:00 – 5:00 pm tomorrow. Details of the festivities and ticket information can be found in the event link.

If you want to get together with other dog lovers, please join Willful Obedience Dog Training at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater starting at 4:00 pm. This is a free class and they will be working on loose-leash manners in a public venue. Please remember to bring a flat leash (no retractable leashes please), some treats and water for your dogs.

O’Bannon’s Taphouse has Sunday Funday all day which means $2 off local brands from places like Rio Brazos Distillery​, The New Republic Brewing CompanyBlackwater Draw Brewing Co. – Downtown Bryan​, and Brazos Valley Brewing Company​. Doors open at 4:00 pm. Also, if you are in the service industry in the #BCS area, bring in some form of ID or pull up a hot schedule for 1/2 off your bill.

If you need a fun family event, check out Spirit Ice Arena every Sunday during the public skating sessions (1:00 pm – 3:15 pm, 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm, 5:45 pm – 8:00 pm) . A family of four can skate for only $36.

It’s the weekend BCS and we hope you enjoy it. It’s Veterans Day and we are thankful to all of you out there that have served. It’s the last Aggie home football game. There are lots of other happenings around town which you can see on our general list. As for music, we have the music to get you moving:
